Brooklyn based writer Julia Fierro is set to release her anticipated debut novel Cutting Teeth in 2014, with the book already being named on the Most Anticipated Books of 2014 lists by HuffPost Books, The Millions, Flavorwire and Marie Claire, alongside works by Lena Dunham and Natalie Young.

Fierro is also the founder of The Sackett Street Writers' Workshop, which has grown from a group of eight writers to over 2000 since 2002, and teaches advanced novel writing.
